Their software platform is a critical part of enterprise communication, meaning that software reliability and performance are non-negotiable. However, as Appspace continued to expand its feature set and platform complexity, maintaining consistent software quality became an increasing challenge. The company needed a robust, scalable test automation framework that could support its web, mobile web, and web-native platforms, enabling faster feature releases without sacrificing quality or increasing manual testing efforts. Without a unified solution, testing inconsistencies and delays in regression cycles were a major challenge.
