As demand for their templates, custom eLearning solutions, and digital training tools grew, they needed a scalable system to store, manage, and distribute their vast content library efficiently. Their challenge was twofold: A growing digital asset repository required a robust, high-performance DAM system and managing customer subscriptions and interactions demanded seamless CRM and sales automation. Solutions Robust Digital Asset Management Spiral Scout designed a custom-built DAM system with Elasticsearch and MongoDB, ensuring fast, scalable, and highly efficient content management. The new system allowed seamless organization, retrieval, and distribution of digital assets across their platform.
