## Client Overview

Moment is an innovative two-sided marketplace that connects fans with influencers through personalized, 30-second video interactions. Designed as a premium platform for personalized content, Moment enables users to request and purchase exclusive video messages from their favorite influencers, fostering direct engagement and meaningful interactions.

To bring this vision to life, Moment partnered with Spiral Scout to develop a responsive web platform and a native iOS app that provided a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers. The solution needed to include secure payment processing, high-quality video sharing, and an intuitive user experience that catered to both influencers and their audiences.

Moment had to accommodate two distinct user groups—fans requesting personalized content and influencers managing video requests. Designing an intuitive dual-sided UX was critical to ensure both user types had a frictionless experience.
