The company provides evidence-based weight loss solutions tailored to each member’s unique needs. As Found scaled rapidly, they required a mobile app that could support their fast-growing user base, integrate seamlessly with health data, and offer a best-in-class user experience. Solutions Agile Sprint Optimization Spiral Scout shortened the usual sprint schedule from two weeks to one week, allowing for rapid iteration and direct feedback from Found’s product and backend teams. Challenges Platform Limitations Found initially considered using Expo, which posed limitations for long-term scalability. Solutions React Native Adoption Spiral Scout recommended React Native for its ability to support a single codebase, allowing for easier iteration and testing on both platforms.
