Their mobile app was designed to eliminate checkout lines, reduce transaction times, and provide an engaging live shopping alternative for online and in-person sales. When the Covid pandemic hit, in-person events were disrupted, and Chequeout needed to pivot fast. They now had a Live Social Shopping Platform to engage customers in a QVC-style online buying experience. ## Project results From their initial launch, there was a huge demand and the platform had hundreds of merchants and shoppers using Chequeout over Zoom to facilitate ordering and payments using QR codes. Thankfully, the shopping platform hit the ground running with a platform that was flexible enough to adapt to Covid shutdown, and our [certified Shopify experts](../../services/shopify-development) were able to pivot to make the necessary changes to launch on time and in budget.
