## About Project

Saysh, a women-focused lifestyle brand founded by Olympic gold medalist Allyson Felix, blends fashion, community, and athletics into a movement for change. While its mission and products gained traction, its digital experience lagged behind, affecting user engagement and conversion rates.

To enhance site usability, ensure accessibility compliance, and resolve technical debt, Saysh partnered with Spiral Scout for strategic QA and development support—laying the foundation for scalable growth and a high-performance digital storefront.

Saysh’s website had legacy code issues and outdated components that impacted performance, causing slow load times and navigation issues, reducing customer engagement.
